  24. BC Chronology is based on Biblical and Secular agreed date of Israel’s release from captivity to Babylon in 536 BC, Ezra 1:3, 612/166. Also the years in the Bible are based on lunar-solar dating which is a 360 day year verses our 365.25 days year. The BC Chronology is a conversion of the Biblical years to 365.25 days per year. This is why if you try to compare the Biblical years with the BC years there will be a discrepancy.
