- Read Chapters 1 and 2 in Section 8 while answering the questions at the end of the Chapters.
- Memorize the following Scripture:
Luke 6:46
"And why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I
say?" - Read Chapters 4 to 6 in Schaeffer's book The Church at the End of
the Twentieth Century; and answer the following questions related:

1. What are the eight Biblical norms that Schaeffer states the Church must have to be the Church?

1. What did You learn from this Chapter about the practice of community and freedom in the Church?

1. What does Schaeffer say are the pressures we as Christians have to face in our society today?
- Read Chapter 2 in Section 11 titled "The Faith That Pleases God" while answering the questions at the beginning of the Chapter.
- Be prepared to go over answers to questions, recite Scripture and anything else mentioned above.
