How We Relate to Jesus to
Get The Answer to Our Needs

1. Read Chapters 6-9 of Section 1 while answering the questions at the beginning of the Chapters.
2. Memorize the following Scriptures:
   
   Genesis 2:7 "Then Yehovah Elohim formed man of dust from the-ground, and breathed into his-nostrils the breath of lives; and man became-a-living soul."
   
   1 Thessalonians 5:23 "Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit (pneu'ma) and soul (yuchv) and body (sw'ma) be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
   
   Hebrews 4:12 "For the word of God is spiritually-alive and energetically-affective and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the conscious-reasonings and intentions of the heart."
   
   
3. Read The Most Loving Thing You Can Do (MLT) out loud once a day and Memorize pp. 5-6.
4. Read Chapter 4 in Section 2 while answering the questions at the beginning of the Chapter.
5. Read Chapters 5 and 6 in Francis MacNutt's book Healing while answer the following questions:
   
   Chapter 5
   
   1. Father MacNutt distinguishes between two kinds of suffering. What are they and what is the distinction he makes between the two?
   2. Paul talked about a third kind of suffering that he went through. He called it a thorn in his flesh, a messenger from Satan allowed by God. What was its purpose?
   3. According to Agnes Sanford what should a person do before leaping into healing prayer?
   4. What is the way of the cross or carrying the cross according to Rufus Mosely?
   
   Chapter 6 
   
   1. No questions, just read the chapter and discuss it in your group.
   
   
6. Be prepared to go over answers to questions, recite Scripture and pp. 5-6 of MLT memorized, and anything else mentioned above.
