Is the MOST LOVING Thing The Most Loving Thing You Can Do Is Share the Love of Jesus Christ with Another Person. The Writer of Proverbs states: "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise wins souls." (Proverbs 11:30) James, the Brother of Jesus Wrote: "My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth, and one turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins." (James 5:19-20) 1
What Is The CALLING of an Evangelist? First, He Is Called To Win Lost Souls Jesus said: "I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored, and you have entered into their labor." (John 4:38) Second, An Evangelist Is Called to Train Christian Laymen to Share the Gospel with Others The Apostle Paul wrote: "And He gave... some as Evangelists for the equipping of the saints for the work of service." (Eph 4:11-13) What Is The GOSPEL Paul tells us in the Bible: "For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures." (1 Cor 15:3-4) 2

First, in Sharing the Gospel, we are called to SOW the Word of God in Men’s hearts.
"And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." (Eph 6:17)
"For the Word of God is Spiritually-Alive and energetically-effective and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the conscious-reasonings and intentions of the heart." (Heb 4:12) 4
"So shall My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it." (Isaiah 55:10-11) God’s Word can Change a person’s life and bring them to Jesus, but it cannot do this unless they first hear the Word of God. Second, We Need to Keep on Sharing the Gospel in Order to WATER the Hearts of Men. When a Person hears the Word of God for the first time, he does not come to Christ. A person needs to hear the Gospel several times before he will make a decision to receive Jesus Christ. Therefore, we do not just need to share the Gospel in love once, but we need to keep on sharing the Gospel with every opportunity we have. 5
Third, We Need to Keep on Sharing the Gospel in Order to FERTILIZE the Hearts of Men. The Apostle Peter wrote: "But sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence." (1 Peter 3:15) When a Person first hears the Gospel, he ponders over the message, but then questions arise in his heart about the validity of the Christian faith. We need to go out and share the Gospel so that we can give honest answers to honest questions. Paul wrote: "So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ" (Rom 10:17). Fourth, we need to keep on sharing the Gospel in order to WEED the hearts of men. The Apostle Paul wrote: "We are subverting computations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ." (2 Corinthians 10:5) 6
Evangelism is more than just sharing the simple Gospel. Men are deceived about the truth of God’s Word and therefore have illegitimate reasons for rejecting the message of God’s love through Jesus Christ. We in love need to pull these Weeds from their hearts and replace them with the truths of God’s Word. Jesus said, You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). The Bible Tells Us That NOW! Is the Time to Go out and Share the Love of Jesus Christ with Men Jesus said: "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matt 28:18-20) 7
In this passage Jesus tells us:
Jesus Said In Another Passage: "Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to You, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest." (John 4:35) In this passage Jesus is telling us that we do not need to wait until we see fruit on the trees, but that THE TIME IS ALWAYS RIPE FOR EVANGELISM . This is because before there can be a harvest we first need to plant the seed, water, fertilize and weed the ground. If we don’t go out weekly and do the work of Evangelism, there won’t be a harvest when the reapers come. Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes 11:4, He who watches the wind will not sow and he who looks at the clouds will not reap. This is why THE TIME FOR EVANGELISM IS ALWAYS NOW! 8
The Apostle Paul wrote: "And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain—for He says, ‘At the acceptable time I listened to you, and on the day of salvation I helped you’; BEHOLD, now is ‘the acceptable time,’ BEHOLD, now is ‘The day of salvation’." (2 Cor 6:1-2) Jesus tells us in this passage that the acceptable time to share the Gospel and believe on the Gospel is NOW! For this reason, we need to take time in our weeks and go out and share the Love of Jesus Christ with men. The
Bible Teaches That We CANNOT Jesus said: "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." (Matthew 6:19-21) 9
In this passage Jesus tells us:
In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus tells us what God’s attitude is toward a person who invests in this life: "But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your soul is required of you; and now who will own what you have prepared?’ So is the man who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God." (Luke 12:20-21) Jesus’ point is that there is nothing that we can accumulate on this planet that we can take with us when we die. We will leave it all behind forever. 10

There Anything YES! We can take with us the SOULS OF MEN AND WOMAN we allow Jesus to draw to himself through us. That is the only treasure you can bring with you when you die and is what it means to invest in the kingdom of God. This life is only temporary. Heaven is forever! Jesus tells us that since this life is only temporary that a wise investor would not invest in this life, but only in the life to come. Jesus

Would You like to pray right now and commit your free time to Jesus to share His love and forgiveness with men? If you would, then pray this prayer with me: Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that Heaven is more real and permanent than this earth. For this reason I commit my life to invest in Your Kingdom by using my free time to share the love of Jesus Christ with men and for study and training to that end.
