the Following Things Are True
| One, you have been united with Jesus in His death and thus his death has paid the penalty of all your sins past present and future never needing to be paid again. (Rom 6:3-11, Heb 10:10, 12, 14) |
| Two, you have received God's eternal indestructible life in the person of Jesus Christ and thus eternal life which means you are saved and going to Heaven. (Heb 7:15-25, Col 1:27, 1 John 5:11-12) |
| Three, You have received and are sealed in the Holy Spirit which means your spirit has been brought back to life and made one spirit with the Holy Spirit which means you are born-again and have entered back into unhindered communion and relationship with God. (Acts 10:43-44, Eph 1:13-14, 1 Cor 6:17, 2 Cor 1:21-22, 1 John 5:1) |
| Four, You are now God's adopted child which means you inherit His kingdom. (John 1:12, Eph 1:5, Rom 8:15-17, Gal 3:29, James 2:5) |

Second, to Grow in Jesus You Need to Become an Active Part of a Fellowship of Christians.
The Bible teaches: "And let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another and all the more, as you see the day drawing near." (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Third, Once You're in a Church You Need to Be Baptized in Water in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Said: ". . . make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:18-20)
Water Baptism is our witnessing to the World we have received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and our first opportunity to show we have really made Jesus Lord of Our lives by obeying His first command to us. (Romans 6:3-5)

- By their Love for the Children of God (1 John 2:10, 3:15, 5:1-2)
- By their Changed Life (Matt 7:21-23, 1 John 2:3-4)
- By their Ongoing Growing Relationship with God (Heb 6:7-8)
- By their Obedience to Jesus' Commands (1 John 2:3-4)
- By their Hunger and Thirst for Righteousness (John 3:19-21)
- And by their Hatred Toward Sin (Hebrews 10:26, 1 John 5:18)
THE BIBLE STATES
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name." (John 1:12)
God's Word states that once you receive Jesus, you become His child. If you are His child and I am His child, what does that make us? (Answer: Brothers and Sisters)
