Box 700866; Tulsa, OK 74170-0866.  After reviewing the evidence of Your having completed all objectives listed in the Weekly Homework Assignments, we will send you a Certificate of Achievement like the one above with your name on it, dated and signed.

The value of receiving this certificate is that you can then teach others this Basic Evangelism Training Program at school or in your church.  The certificate of completion becomes your proof to having yourself gone through and completed this Evangelism Training Program.
