| Three
Tracts Illustrated The three tracts are the result of sharing the
Gospel one on one for thirty-four years. When doing Evangelism on
the field, you will do most often one of three things: share the
Gospel through the Salvation Tract titled What
Is Eternal Life?, share the
importance of Evangelism with Christians through the Evangelism
Tract titled The Most
Loving Thing You Can Do!, or share
with Christians how to experience Jesus' love and forgiveness on
a moment by moment basis through the Forgiveness Tract
titled Jesus Is The Answer To Your Needs, not to be confused with the
discipleship
book with the same title.
I study continually the Word of God and books related to
the Word, but any book I write is the result of many hours, weeks
and months of prayer. The salvation tract came about through
seven years of prayer. This was because it was prayer plus using
it on the field and continuous updating as my understanding of
what needed to be dealt with in presenting the Gospel on the
field became more clear. This was especially true as it relates
to cult issues.
The
Value of Using "What Is Eternal Life?" in Evangelism
I spent many hours in prayer asking Jesus that
if He were to be in America today and He had ten minutes to
explain to a person what it meant to be a Christian and how to
become one, what would He say? Aside from the content of the Salvation
Tract, the answer I received was to emphasize the
significance of His Physical Resurrection from the
dead. This resulted in the Salvation Tract
titled What Is Eternal Life?
The response that I have received through this tract has been
very encouraging. My many books on apologetics were written to give honest answers to honest questions
I encounter on the field about the integrity of the Christian
faith based on the Judeo-Christian Bible; but when it came to
making a decision for Christ, reemphasizing the significance of
Jesus' Physical Resurrection led to the
person surrendering his or her life to Jesus as Savior and Lord.
My book titled The Value Of Using What Is Eternal Life? In
Evangelism explains extensively the
value of using this tract in Evangelism.
