Counsel of God

__________

*Counsel of God

Prov 19:21 “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but the counsel of Yehovah, it will stand.”

Proverbs 16:1 “The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from Yehovah.”

Prov 21:30 “There is no wisdom and no understanding and no counsel against Yehovah.”

Isaiah 46:9-10 “For I am El, and there is no other Elohim, there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My-counsel will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’.”

Acts 2:22-24 “Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus-the-Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—This Man, delivered up by the determined-fixed counsel and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death. And God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power.”

Acts 20:27 “For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel of God.”

Hebrews 6:16-18 “For men swear by one greater than themselves, and with them an oath given as confirmation is an end of every dispute. In the same way God, desiring even more to show to the heirs of the promise the unchangeableness of His counsel, interposed with an oath, in order that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have strong encouragement, we who have fled for refuge in laying hold of the hope set before us.”
