He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deeps in storehouses. Let all the earth fear Yehovah; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.” Isaiah 40:26 Lift up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, The One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them all by name; because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power not one of them is missing. Isaiah 44:24 “I, Yehovah, am the maker of all things, Stretching out the heavens by Myself, and spreading out the earth all alone.” Isaiah 45:12 “It is I who made the earth, and created man upon it. I stretched out the heavens with My hands, and I ordained all their host. Isaiah 45:18 “For thus says Yehovah, who created the heavens (He is the Elohim who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a waste place, But formed it to be inhabited), ‘I am Yehovah, and there is none else.’” Jeremiah 10:10, 12 “But Yehovah3068 is the true Elohim430; He is the living Elohim430 and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot endure His indignation. . . . It is He who made the earth by His power, who established the world by His wisdom; and by His understanding He has stretched out the heavens.” Jeremiah 31:35 “Thus says Yehovah, who gives the sun for light by day, and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar; Yehovah-of-hosts is His name.” Jeremiah 51:14-15 “Yehovah-of-hosts. . . . It is He who made the earth by His power, who established the world by His wisdom, and by His understanding He stretched out the heavens. Psalm 33:9 “For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.” Proverbs 20:12 “The hearing ear and the seeing eye, Yehovah has made both of them.” Genesis 2:17 “but-from-the-tree-of the-knowledge-of good and-evil from-it you shall not eat, for in the day, that you eat from-it dying, you-shall-die.” Mark 10:6 “But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female.” Jeremiah 10:10, 12 “But Yehovah is the true Elohim; He is the living Elohim430 and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot endure His indignation. . . . It is He who made the earth by His power, who established the world by His wisdom; and by His understanding He has stretched out the heavens.” Proverbs 20:12 “The hearing ear and the seeing eye, Yehovah3068 has made both of them.” Exodus 20:8 “Remember the seventh day, to keep it holy.” Exodus 20:11 “For in six days Yehovah made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore Yehovah blessed the seventh day and made it holy” Exodus 31:18 “And when He had finished speaking with him upon Mount Sinai, He gave Moses the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of Elohim.” Jeremiah 32:17 “Ah Lord Yehovah! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You.” Jeremiah 33:2 “Yehovah who made the earth, Yehovah who formed it to establish it, Yehovah is His name.” Isaiah 43:1, 3 “But now, thus says Yehovah, your Creator. . . . I am Yehovah your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.” John 1:3 “All things came into being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.” John 3:12 “If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how shall you believe if I tell you heavenly things?” Colossians 1:16-17 “For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities— all things have been created by Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” Hebrews 1:1-3 “In these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the ages (αιων, p. 11). And He is the reflected-brightness of His glory and the exact-image5481 of His essence, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” Genesis 1:31 “And Elohim saw all which He had made, and behold, it was very good. and-there-was evening and-there-was morning, day sixth.” Revelation 4:11 “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You did create all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship4160, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Matthew 12:39-40 “. . . no sign shall be given to it [our generation] but the sign of Jonah the prophet; for just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the large-fish, so shall the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” Romans 5:12 “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin” Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death” 1 Corinthians 15:52-57 “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. But when this corruptible will have put on the incorruptible, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, 'Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?' The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Cor 15:52-57) 2 Timothy 1:10 “Our Savior Christ Jesus. . . abolished death, and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel” John 6:63 “It is the Spirit who creates-life, the flesh profits nothing.” Exodus 20:11 “For in six days Yehovah made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore Yehovah blessed the seventh day and made it holy” (Exodus 20:11) James 4:4 “You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.” (James 4:4) Galatians 1:10 “For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.” (Galatians 1:10) 1 Peter 2:21-23 “For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth; and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously.” 1 Peter 4:1-2 “Therefore, since Christ has suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same purpose, because he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, so as to live the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.” Hebrews 11:24-26 “By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; choosing rather to endure ill-treatment with the people of God, than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin; considering the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking to the reward.” (Hebrews 11:24-26) *Earth: The Center of Creation Genesis mentions the earth on the first day (1:1,2) and third day (vv. 10-12), well before God made the sun, moon, and stars on the fourth day (vv. 14-18); that the earth was a sphere of water to begin with and that all was made from this (2 Peter 3:5-7). It was a sin on this planet (3:6) that subjected the whole universe to groaning and travailing (Romans 8:22). It was to this planet that the Creator came (John 1:9,10) to die on the cross and deliver not only us, but also the entire physical cosmos (Romans 8:21,23) from the consequences of that first sin. God's eternal throne will be on earth (Revelation 21:2,3). Genesis 8:21-22 "And Yehovah smelled the soothing aroma; and Yehovah said to Himself, ‘I will never again curse the ground on account of man, for the intent of man's heart is evil from his youth; and I will never again destroy every living thing, as I have done. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.’" Psalm 148:3-6 "Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all stars of light! Praise Him, highest heavens, and the waters that are above the heavens! Let them Praise the name of Yehovah, for He commanded and they were created. He has also established them forever and ever; He has made a decree which will not pass away." The Current earth and heavens in which is sin will pass away and then Jesus will recreate the earth and heavens in which righteousness dwells. That earth and heavens will never pass away Matthew 24:35 "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words shall not pass away." Hebrew 1:10-12 "And, ‘You, Lord, in the beginning did lay the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the works of Your hands; They will perish, but You remainest; and they all will become old as a garment, And as a mantle You will roll them up; as a garment they will also be changed. But You are the same, and Your years will not come to an end.’" Isaiah 66:22 "‘For just as the new heavens and the new earth which I make will endure before Me,’ declares Yehovah, ‘So your offspring and your name will endure.’" Revelation 21:1, 5 "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. . . . And He who sits on the throne said, ‘Behold, I am making all things new." And He said, "Write, for these words are faithful and true.’" * Man Created with the Dinosaurs Job 40:15 "Behold now, Behemoth, which I made with you; He eats grass like an ox." [Behemoth meaning Dinosaur] Mark 10:6 “But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female.” Exodus 20:11 “For in six days Yehovah made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore Yehovah blessed the seventh day and made it holy” Exodus 31:16-17 “So the sons of Israel shall observe the sabbath, to celebrate the sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between Me and the sons of Israel forever; for in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, but on the seventh day He ceased from labor, and was refreshed. Mark 10:6 “But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. Psalm 100:3 Know that Yehovah-He-is-Elohim; it is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Isaiah 43:10-11 “You are My witnesses,” declares Yahweh, “And My servant whom I have chosen, in order that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. And He is the reflected-brightness of His glory and the exact-image of His essence, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” *Creation: What God Created it Isaiah 44:24 “I, Yehovah, am the maker of all things, Stretching out the heavens by Myself, and spreading out the earth all alone.” Jeremiah 33:2 “Thus says Yehovah who made the earth, Yehovah who formed it to establish it, Yehovah is His name.” For His Pleasure & Glory Deuteronomy 29:29 Secret Things belong to God Genesis 1:31 Was exactly what He wanted it to be before the Fall Revelation 4:11 For God’s pleasure Colossians 1:16-17 Creation by Jesus and For Him Romans 11:36 For His glory forever and ever Job — Creation reveals God’s greatness Isaiah 43 God designed each of us to bring glory to Him and have a relationship with Him Ephesians 2:10 We are His workmanship for good works Job 12:7-10 “But now ask the beasts, and let them teach you; And the birds of the heavens, and let them tell you. Or speak to the earth, and let it teach you; And let the fish of the sea declare to you. Who among all these does not know That the hand of Yehovah has done this, in whose hand is the life of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind?” Romans 1:20-22 “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they know God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools.” Gravity (Matthew 10:29), The Hydrologic Cycle (Ecclesiastes 1:7), The Principle of Isostasy (Isaiah 40:12), A Spherical Earth (Psalm 103:12), The Size of the Universe (Isaiah 55:9), The Unaccountable Number of Stars (Jeremiah 33:22), Atmospheric Movement (John 3:8), The Importance of Blood to Life (Leviticus 17:11), Differences between Animals and Distinctness of Man (I Corinthians 15:39), Rotation of the Earth (Job 38:12-14). ar;B; to create, form make.
