El, Elohim = God in Hebrew lae , !yhiloa> Elohim = means These are God. Is used in Genesis 1:1 and Deuteronomy 6:4. Genesis 1:1 “In-the-beginning Elohim created the heavens and the-earth.” Deuteronomy 6:4 “Hear, O Israel! Yehovah our-Elohim, Yehovah is one!” (Deut 6:4) God is of one essence, but a a Trinity of 3 Persons John 1:1 states "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God." John 1:18 "No one has seen God at any time; the only-begotten God, who is in the bosom of the Father, that one has revealed Him." Hebrews 1:3 “And He is the reflected-brightness of His glory and the exact-image of His essence, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” Hebrews 1:8 “But of the Son He says, ‘Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the righteous scepter is the scepter of Your kingdom.’” [Jesus Is God] (!yhiloa> , Psalm 45:6) (Hebrews 1:8) Psalm 45:6 “Your throne, O Elohim, is forever and ever, a scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom.” Matthew 1:21-23 “‘And she will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for it is He who will save His people from their sins.’ Now all this took place that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel,” which translated means, “God with us.”’” Matthew 10:25 “It is enough for the disciple that he become as his teacher, and the slave as his master. If they have called the head of the house Beelzebul, how much more the members of his household!” [Jesus claimed to be the head of the House, He claimed to be Yehovah] Matt 12:6-8 “But I say to you, that something greater than the temple is here. But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire compassion, and not a sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. For the Son-of-Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” [The Temple represents the presence of God. Who is Greater than the temple? God Himself for whom it was built and represents. Jesus is God] Matthew 12:41 “The men of Nineveh shall stand up with this generation at the judgment, and shall condemn it because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, something greater than Jonah is here.” Mark 5:19-20 “And He did not let him, but He said to him, ‘Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.’ And He went away and began to proclaim in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone marveled.” Luke 8:39 “‘Return to your house and describe what great things God has done for you.’ And he went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him.” John 20:27-28 “‘Reach here Your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand, and put it into My side; and be not unbelieving, but believing.’” Thomas answered and said to Him, ‘My Lord and my God!’” Acts 20:28 “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God [Jesus is God] which He purchased with His own blood.” Colossians 2:9 “For in Him all the fulness of Deity dwells in bodily form.” [not “In a body” but “in bodily form” meaning not possessing someone but in God in bodily form, in his own human body] Hebrews 1:3 “And He is the reflected-brightness of His glory and the exact-image of His essence, and upholds all things by the word of His power. He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the very corner stone. And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved.” Yehovah stated through the Prophets Zechariah and Isaiah in Zechariah Chapter 14 & Isaiah Chapters 60-62 that He will come and Rule the Earth. Jesus said in Matthew 24:27, Revelation 1:7-8 & 20:4 that He will come back and rule the earth, thus declaring Himself Yehovah. Matthew 24:27 “For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so shall the coming of the Son-of-Man be.” Revelation 1:7-8 “Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. Even so. Amen. ‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God, ‘who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.’” Revelation 20:4 “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” (Rev 20:4) Yehovah in Isaiah 43:10 states plainly that He and He alone is God and that no God existed before Him. Isaiah 9:6 & Micah 5:2 tell us that the Messiah Jesus is from eternity past and is the Father of eternity, thus declaring Him Yehovah God. Isaiah 43:10-11 “‘You are My witnesses,’ declares Yehovah, ‘And My servant whom I have chosen, in order that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no El formed, and there will be none after Me. I, even I, am Yehovah; and there is no Savior besides Me.’” Isaiah 9:6 “For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty-El, Father-of-Eternity, Prince-of-Peace.” Micah 5:2 “But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel. Thus declares Yehovah who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him,” Isaiah 44:24 “I, Yehovah, am the maker of all things, Stretching out the heavens by Myself, and spreading out the earth all alone.” [Yehovah had no help in Creation, created through no one, did it all by Himself] John 1:1-3 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. This One was in the beginning with God. Let him proclaim and declare it; yes, let him recount it to Me in order, from the time that I established the ancient nation, and let them declare to them the things that are coming and the events that are going to take place.” Isaiah 46:9-10 “For I am El, and there is no other Elohim, there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’.” See Prophecy Psalm 8:1-2 “O Yehovah, our Lord. . . . out of the mouth of infants and nursing babes You have prepared praise for Yourself.” (Greek Septuagint, Matt 21:15-16) Matthew 21:15-16 “But when the chief priests and the scribes saw. . . the children saying, ‘Hosanna to the Son of David,’ they became indignant, and said to Him, ‘Do You hear what these are saying?’ And Jesus said to them, ‘Yes; have you never read, “Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babes You have prepared praise for Yourself”?’” (Psalm 8:1-2) Psalm 102:24-27 I say, “O my-El [my God], do not take me away in the midst of my days, Your years are throughout all generations. Of old You did found the earth; And the heavens are the work of Your hands. Even they will perish, but You do endure; and all of them will wear out like a garment; like clothing You will change them, and they will be changed. But You are the same, and Your years will not come to an end. Hebrews 1:8-14 God the Father Talking about Jesus: “But of the Son He says, ‘Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the righteous scepter is the scepter of Your kingdom. [Jesus Is God] (!yhiloa>, Psalm 45:6) You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness above Your companions.’ (Psalm 45:7) And, ‘You, Lord, in the beginning did lay the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the works of Your hands; they will perish, but You remainest; and they all will become old as a garment, and as a mantle You will roll them up; as a garment they will also be changed. But You are the same, and Your years will not come to an end.’ But to which of the angels has He ever said, ‘Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet’? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who-are-about-to inherit salvation?
