Scriptures Warnings Against Witchcraft Leviticus 20:6 As for the person who turns to mediums and to spiritists, to play the harlot after them, I will also set My face against that person and will cut him off from among his people. Leviticus 20:27 Now a man or a woman who is a medium or a spiritist shall surely be put to death. They shall be stoned with stones, their bloodguiltiness is upon them. Deuteronomy 4:19 And beware, lest you lift up your eyes to heaven and see the sun and the moon and the stars, all the host of heaven, and be drawn away and worship them and serve them, those which Yahweh your Elohim has allotted to all the peoples under the whole heaven. Deuteronomy 18:10-15 10 There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, 11 or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. 12 For whoever does these things is detestable to Yahweh; and because of these detestable things Yahweh your Elohim will drive them out before you. 13 You shall be blameless before Yahweh your Elohim. 14 For those nations, which you shall dispossess, listen to those who practice witchcraft and to diviners, but as for you, Yahweh your Elohim has not allowed you to do so. 15 Yahweh your Elohim will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen, you shall listen to him. Revelation 21:8 “But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and fornicating persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” |
