I am a Tea Party Member, but if the people being elected claiming to be part of the Tea Party are not for the elimination of the current tax code and IRS (American Nazi Gestapo) and for the establishment of the FAIRTAX only and adding to the constitution a balanced budget amendment, they are not for the Constitution or freedom in America, they are part of the Problem. They ARE Politics as usual. They are for oppressing the people they are supposed to be serving. The FAIRTAX corrects and eliminates this problem completely. Except for Neal Boortz, this is the one discussion all the conservative talk show hosts seem to avoid like a plague. Why? This to me IS one of the major Litmus Test issues of true concerned so called conservatives. All I hear is "I will lower", "I will increase". These are code words for "I am for politics as usual". In this case nothing will truly be corrected, nothing will be solved, it will be politics as usual.

In 1 Kings 18:21 The Prophet Elijah stated to his Nation Israel "'How long will you hesitate between two opinions? If Yehovah is Elohim [God], follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.' But the people did not answer him a word." When Elijah wrote this, Israel, like America, had left their King Yehovah for other gods who could not save them such as Baal. Elijah rebuked his Nation Israel and told them if they wanted God's blessing and to prosper they were going to have to choose between the gods of this world and the only true God.

Proverbs 21:30 "There is no wisdom and no understanding and no counsel against Yehovah."

Second, you must be in support of doing away with Government sponsored and controlled Public Education, TV and Radio. This is the most blatant violation of the so called separation of Church and State. The purpose of that clause in the Constitution was not to stop Christian influence in Government, it was created to keep any one Christian denomination or ideology from having sole power and influence in Government. That is exactly what Public Education, TV and Radio does: it is Government controlling not only young people's education but what they are taught and think. It is Public Education which speaks against our freedoms and the Constitution and tears down our freedoms and Christian moral base and has brought us godless Liberalism today. Why was Public Education established? Originally in this country private education existed first to teach our children to read so they could read and study the Bible. Public Education was established by bad people whose agenda was to eradicate Christianity from society and our law making. Today we are seeing the fruit of the agenda of Government controlled Public Education. If you are a conservative who states he or she stands for our Constitution, freedom and freedom in the market place, you will not be able to bring this about if you are not also 100% against Government controlled Public Education and have the goal to eradicate it from our land like Ronald Reagan, who understood this, tried to do. You then must be in support of requiring in all private schools to teach the Constitution. I was taught it in Junior High and again in High School. It didn't hurt me in the least. But it did make me aware of who are true enemies are in and outside the country, in and outside of Government. If we are to return to our Biblical Christian foundation and Constitution built upon that foundation then you must be committed to removing Public Education, TV and Radio from Government controlled hands and put back into the private sector.

Third, you must be committed to passing an amendment to the constitution of requiring Congress to balance the budget every year.

Fourth, you must be committed to doing away with the IRS, estate and inheritance tax. You must be committed to doing away with the total tax code as it now stands and be in support of passing nothing more than a Fair Tax only. What evil nonsense: "Elect me and I will raise taxes," "Elect me and I will lower Taxes." The IRS was not created to collect taxes but rather to politically oppress and blackmail Americans. All taxes are passed for political reasons. A Fair Tax does away with all of this non-sense. It is suppose to be We the People. Instead, Americans now live in fear of an over bearing Government and more taxes. A Fair Tax gets the Government out of American's lives so they can experience life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And when they choose they can then pay as much taxes as they want when they go and buy food, clothes, cars, houses and anything else they want to buy in the free market place. If you are not for this, you don't belong in politics let alone running for an office in Government.

Fifth, You must be for term limits from the President on down to the lowest elected office in Government. Term limits prevents fraud and corruption and special interests from controlling Government. You are there to serve and then get out and go back to your secular job. What is wrong in Washington today? Career Politicians. The people in Washington live high on the hog and for most of them have never had to live on a limited budget they have to balance every month. On a limited budget for food, clothes, books and supplies for the children and everything else that is needed to raise a family. They don't live in the real world. In the beginning of our Country Politicians didn't get paid for being elected. They volunteered to serve their country. No more than four years in office period. Anything else is of evil and has an evil agenda.

Six, You must be committed to doing all you can to reverse every decision this current socialist Government has made, to repeal the Health Bill which is not a Health Bill, and any other thing the government has taken from the private sector.

Seventh, You must be completely committed to secure and protect our borders and modernize our military and make it the scariest most formidable army on earth so the American people know if anything happens its Government can take care of it, like Ronald Reagan did, so Americans can go to bed at night and sleep in peace knowing they are secure.

Eight, You must be committed to pass laws that will hold all politicians accountable. You must not be above the Law. You must pass a law that holds any politician to criminal charges and fines and jail who runs on a platform he or she never intended to stand on in office. For them to not at least attempt to live up to their promises is a violation of public trust, worse than union chiefs in the past who stole members retirement funds. It is to be the worse criminal on earth. The Bible states in

Ecclesiastes 8:11 "Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed quickly, therefore the hearts of the sons of men among them are given fully to do evil."

If anything characterizes our land today, it is lawlessness. We have epidemic corruption and lawlessness in Government today. The Bible states in Proverbs 29:4 "The king gives stability to the land by justice, but a man who takes bribes overthrows it." Proverbs 29:12 "If a ruler pays attention to falsehood, all his ministers become wicked." Proverbs 6:12 "A worthless person, a wicked man, is the one who walks with a false mouth"

Ninth, you will be in complete support of the second amendment of the Constitution of the right to bear arms understanding that that is there in order to protect ourselves from a corrupt runaway Government.

Tenth, you will reaffirm a requirement of 4/5 vote of all states to make any changes in the constitution as it stands.

Eleventh, you will reverse the bill President Johnson passed penalizing churches for exercising their freedom of speech in or out of the pulpits. Passing the Fair Tax will automatically accomplish this. This again is a violation of Our Constitution. The 1st Amendment guarantees freedom of speech and religion period and forbids the government to pass any law which would restrict the free exercise of that freedom of religion and speech. A minimum of ten percent of our income belongs to God, not to the United States Government. (Malachi 3:10-11). Only the people have the right to decide how they will use that ten percent, not the Government. Shame on all Christian Churches and organizations who sold their soul for money instead of upholding our freedom of speech.  Shame on you all for putting your trust in a godless government instead of in God. That is plain and unadulterated Idolatry. America has become corrupted because the Church is corrupted (Matt 5:13), and there is nothing which corrupts quicker than the love of money. As the Bible teaches in 1 Timothy 6:10 "For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith, and pierced themselves with many a pang." The love of money is the root of all the corruption in our land and government today.
