IF ELECTED PRESIDENT
OF THE  USA  WHAT I WOULD DO

• The first thing I would do would be to restore the foundation of our country which is to base our Law making on the Bible and the Christian faith. What brought about our freedoms and constitutional form of government was our Christian base. The Bible states:

  2 Corinthians 3:17 "Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit-of-the-Lord is, there is liberty."

  Since the institution of Public education, and since Madalyn Murray O'Hair and organizations like the ACLU have been removing the Christian influence out of our society and government, what has been the end result? The taking away of freedoms our Christian base provided us. This is why liberals work so hard to remove Christian influence from society because they cannot do what they want as long as we have our Christian base and influence
     The purpose of the 1st Amendment was not to remove Christian influence in government but to keep Government from giving preference to any one Church denomination or political ideology. The purpose of the 1st Amendment was to prevent any one Christian Church or Denomination being given preference by government in its determination of the law, any one ideology or party over another. What are examples of the violation of the 1st Amendment in Government? Right now the Government is trying to take over our health industry and pushing on us their one sided view of health care is an example of the violation of the 1st Amendment. This is the Government giving preference to their view of health care by taking it away from us and forcing upon us their view and their view alone. This is an example of the violation of the 1st Amendment. Government Sponsored Public Education, TV and Radio are further examples. What was the first thing Obama's administration did when they took office? They removed any Christian influence from Public TV to the exclusion of their own opinion and their opinion alone. This is a violation of the Clause of the 1st Amendment : no one church, denomination or ideology being given preference over another. Obama's administration violated this when they removed any other view point in Public TV to the exclusion of their own. Public TV by itself is a violation of the clause of the 1st Amendment . The bible teaches in,

  The reason why we have the freedoms in this country we have did not come about through Godless ideologies but came about because we based our beliefs and Law making on the Bible and the Christian faith and this led to the writing of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, all Christian and Biblically based influence. How do we know this is true? Because the original laws of our land had the Bible passages written next to them for their justification in being made Law. If the way Liberals, Socialists, Marxes and Communists interpret the 1st Amendment was true, not one of these Passages from the Bible to justify the Laws made in the beginning of our country would be in the Law. Our Government is patterned after a Passage in the Bible in Isaiah 33:22 “For Yehovah is our judge, Yehovah is our lawgiver, Yehovah is our king; He will save us.” In this passage are the three branches of our United States of American Government: Judiciary, Legislative & Executive. It also states who is our King:  Jesus, not the President. Only when a nation puts their trust in the true God is there liberty and the Bible teaches that to trust in God means to to trust in His Word the Bible. Therefore I would restore the true meaning of the 1st Amendment which would be to remove Government's sponsored and controlled Public health care, public education and Public TV and Radio and restore the foundation of our country which is our Christian base: the Bible and the Christian Faith.
     Since the United States Government was established to get Government out of people's lives and the private sector, I would return any private sector business currently controlled by the government back to the private sector. The governments job, according to the Declaration of Independence & the Constitution, is to protect the Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies and provide freedom of Americans to pursue life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness which means not to impede it in any way shape or form. It is not the governments job to guarantee our attainment of it, only not to impede our pursuit of it. It is not the governments job to solve the private sectors problems, but allow them the freedom to solve their own problems.

• I would do away with the IRS, estate & inheritance taxes, taxes of any kind and have a flat fair sales tax. The IRS does not exist to collect taxes for money the Government needs. The Government can do this through sales tax. The IRS exists to blackmail and control Americans instead of serving the American people. I would stop the government from using the IRS to blackmail citizens of the United States by doing away with the IRS and the tax code completely and then establishing a flat fair sales tax. The Government exists here to represent citizens of America, not blackmail them. The Government needs to get out of their citizen's backyards and let them live, not causing them to feel fear and insecure through blackmail. The IRS impedes life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, a fair tax does not. I would then encourage States and Cities to do the same: to serve the people not use taxes to blackmail the people.
       Watch out for politicians from either side who talk about cutting or increasing taxes. If they do not stand for doing away with the current tax code completely and pushing through the Fair Tax they are not serious about upholding our constitution and serving the American people or making life easier for us, they are just another lying politician. They are then as the joke goes: "How do you know when a politician is lying?" Answer: "His lips are moving."

• I would do away with Public Education, TV & Radio which is the true meaning of the 1st Amendment, meaning no State sponsored and controlled media through Education and the airways for brainwashing the public to their way of thinking and in policy making. That is the true meaning of the 1st Amendment. The 1st Amendment was never intended to keep Christian influence out of Government. How could it be since we were a Christian nation to start with and that it was our Christian base which led to the form of Government that we have (Isaiah 33:22). We are where we are today because of the removal of Christian influence in Government. Isn't that the first step of Communism, Socialism and Marxism in taking over a country, to remove the Christian influence? The 1st Amendment was established to keep any one ideology or Church Denomination from taking over and controlling government policy and law making. What place does Government have in TV, Radio and Education. Is this not how Communism takes over and controls a nation, how Islam takes over and controls a nation? This is a free country. Education and Educational institutions is the responsibility of private citizens, not Government. The United States Government's job is to make sure these rights of ours are not taken away. The only Thing Government is required to do is make sure the history of our country and the establishment of its Constitution is taught and educated in Private schools and make sure our Constitution is protected, an oath all politicians take at the beginning of their terms of office.

• I would establish in all departments of government a 1 term service of office so they are serving the people, not special interests or to maintain a career as a politician. I would also encourage all 50 states and all cities to do the same in their governments. Except for an expense account for legitimate Government business, I would limit their salaries to the same salaries of an average citizen of the United States. They are there to serve their citizenry, not get rich. I would also make illegal payoffs in congress for votes of any kind. There is nothing more corrupting of our Government than payoff for votes. We voted them in office to represent our interests not special lobbying interests.

• I would completely reverse the Health Care Bill and freeze all non-essential departments of government except the military and focus on completely paying off our national debt, and then never putting us into debt again. I would call for a constitutional convention of all 50 states to pass an amendment requiring the Federal Government to annually balance the budget except of and in the case of needing to build up the military to defend our borders and constitution until the threat is removed. It is not the Governments job to solve all our problems. the government is not God, it is impossible for the government to solve all our problems or bring about equality in all areas of life, it is a fantasy and mental illness to think otherwise. The Governments job is to uphold and defend our constitution and protect our borders, and to make sure we are free to pursue life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, nothing else. It is not their job to solve all our problems, that is Jesus' job. Only Jesus is Savior, Lord and God. Jesus said in
  
  Matthew 11:28-30 "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My load is light."
  
  God in His Word said in,
  
  Jeremiah 29:11-13 "‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares Yehovah, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.’"
  
  Jesus is the answer to our needs, not the Government. The Bible states in:
  
  Jeremiah 17:5-6 "Thus says Yehovah, ‘Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his arm, And whose heart turns away from Yehovah. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant.’"
  
  Jeremiah 17:7-8 "Blessed is the man who trusts in Yehovah And whose trust is Yehovah. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit."
  
  The Federal, State & City Government is not the answer to Your problems: JESUS is!

• I would completely modernize our military and make sure it could successfully and completely and safely protect and defend our borders and country from any outside or inside invading influences or threats to the constitution just as President Ronald Reagan did. This is in fact the oath of office all Federal politicians take when elected. Czars are completely contrary to an elected representative form of government and is therefore a violation of the Constitution of the United States Politicians swear to protect and uphold. Obama and all his cronies are in blatant violation of the Constitution. And since the military took the same oath to protect the Constitution from outside and inside threats, one wonders why the military is not doing its job. Nothing more needs to be said on that one.

• I would make the teaching and practice of Islam illegal since it is a religion of hate and violence and has no tolerance of the freedom and practice of any other faith and since it is contrary to the foundation of our country which is our Christian faith. That is a violation of our constitution of freedom of religion. If Muslims come to live in our country, they should adopt our culture and faith and support and uphold our Constitution, not try and change it.

• I would do away with all special outside committees and czars since this is the job of the electorate, not unelected czars or special outside committees.

• I would require the unadulterated teaching of our constitution as laid out by our forefathers in all private schools.

• I would strengthen the true meaning of the Right to Bear Arms which is the citizenries right to arm itself in the event of needing to defend itself from a runaway Government. This amendment in our constitution was established for such a time as this. This was first put into the constitution because the United Kingdom forbid its own citizenry the right to bear arms so they could not defend themselves from an oppressive Government.

• I would reaffirm a requirement of 4/5 vote of all states to make any changes in the constitution as it stands.

• I would reverse the bill President Johnson passed penalizing churches for exercising their freedom of speech in or out of the pulpits. This again is a violation of Our Constitution. The 1st Amendment guarantees freedom of speech and religion period and forbids the government to pass any law which would restrict the free exercise of that freedom of religion and speech. A minimum of ten percent of our income belongs to God, not to the United States Government. (Malachi 3:10-11). Only the people have the right to decide how they will use that ten percent, not the Government. Shame on all Christian Churches and organizations who sold their soul for money instead of upholding our freedom of speech.  Shame on you all for putting your trust in a godless government instead of in God. That is plain and unadulterated Idolatry. America has become corrupted because the Church is corrupted (Matt 5:13), and there is nothing which corrupts quicker than the love of money. As the Bible teaches in 1 Timothy 6:10 "For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith, and pierced themselves with many a pang." The love of money is the root of all the corruption in our land and government today.

• Since the Current President has totally trashed and disregarded our Constitution, I would reverse every decree and bill and policy this president passed.

• I would publicly support our friends of freedom and democracy like Israel and would never apologize to any country for the USA for bringing freedom, democracy and prosperity to other countries of the world and for doing our best to stop and discourage totalitarian regimes from prospering who oppress their people and commit one human right violation after another. You see a godless government makes packs with the devil because they don't trust in a good God to protect them. You would think that a President whose people have a history of slavery would understand this.

• I would pass just (in the justice sense) malpractice legislation to lower the cost of health insurance and encourage states to remove the barriers between states for competition in selling health insurance which would lower health costs and the cost of health insurance and put freedom of health insurance purchase back into the hands of the people, not the Federal Government or the States.

• I would seek to pass legislation fining illegal aliens of anything they made in this country illegally and secure our borders and send all, let me repeat, ALL, illegal aliens back to their countries. I would uphold the laws of the land. The Bible states in

  Ecclesiastes 8:11 "Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed quickly, therefore the hearts of the sons of men among them are given fully to do evil."

  This current President spits on our current established laws and shows a complete lack of respect for our established laws and encourages complete disregard for the law which has led to the stealing and murders taking place through allowing illegal aliens to pour over our borders. Since a President is elected to represent Americans and to protect them, this President should be tried on treason for his reprehensible behavior regarding established law and the protection of our borders. He has violated his oath of office to protect our constitution and our borders. He has murdered these people himself through his encouraging a disregard of the laws that exist.

• Concerning American businesses and companies: first, I would do away with the IRS and the current tax code and push through congress a flat fare tax and would remove all unnecessary legislation restricting and penalizing business in America. Outside of protecting the environment I would make doing business in America and unrestricted as possible so as to invite big companies to do business in America. This would result in the providing of millions of jobs now lacking in America. However, I would also pass bills to penalize American Companies who take their business out of the country simply because they do not want to pay their own fellow Americans a fair wage. If it could be proved they took their business outside the country to pay employees lower wages, I would push through bills to charge high tariffs on their incoming products so they could not compete with businesses within our own borders. It is time Government fights for and supports the American people who voted them in office and pays their wages, not aliens. Glen Beck, took me off his mailing list when I wrote him and complained that blood squirted out of my eyes in anger (a repeated statement of his) when he claimed American's were lazy and that that was justified our allowing millions of illegal aliens to come into our country to take our jobs because they only would do the work. That was a down right blatant lie. Big business encourages the incoming of illegal aliens because they work for nothing because people like Glen Beck do not want to pay a fair wage to hardworking Americans. If you think Glen Beck is for Americans, think again.

• I would push for the passing of criminal legislation and charges and removal from office and for stiff jail time against any Politician who raised hundreds of millions of dollars and ran on a platform of promise that he did just the opposite once elected and in office which is fraud against the public trust, and that an immediate new election for that office be given to fill his place. For example: Obama promised in the election to never sign any bill with pork attached to it and to balance the federal budget. After he was elected the first thing he did was pass the largest pork bills in history and rather than balancing the federal budget has increased it 20 times what it was originally. He lied to the people who voted him in office and violated the public trust. He promised to work with both parties but instead used gangster tactics in violation of our constitution to pass a bad Health Bill the people made plain they did not want and behind closed doors without Republican involvement and is now trying to ram it down our throats. He had a six hour time before the public on television to once again violate the public trust by pretending to allow both parties involvement in a Health bill he had no intentions of changing.
     It has been suggested to Congress to do away with the IRS and the tax code and put a fair tax in its place. The purpose of a fair tax is anyone who buys anything pays tax including foreigners visiting our country. This includes illegal aliens. It also means you get to keep your check 100% unless you decide to buy something. Instead of doing what the public asked, Obama is pushing for a sales tax in addition to the current existing Federal income tax. Tax upon tax upon tax. Taxation without representation.
     When McCain tried to give some input publically about the Health bill Obama was trying to pass developed behind closed doors without Republican involvement, Obama said in response that he was elected over him and that he needed to get over it. This is not working with both parties as he promised before elected and is again a violation of public trust and he should be arrested and removed from office and brought up on criminal charges before the public for defrauding the public trust and violating the constitution in the administration of his office and new elections should be taken to vote someone else in his place. How is this any different than a Union taking in millions of dollars as a promised pension for its members and then stealing it from its members. Obama should be arrested on charges of fraud of the violation of public trust since he has done the opposite of the platform on which he ran and for stealing millions of dollars from the public to run on a platform he never intended to follow through on. New elections for the presidency should be immediately held to put someone else in place of the office he now holds. Without criminal charges against a politician who says one thing in running for office and then does just the opposite after coming into office, then anyone can run for office and say anything to defeat an opponent. That is fraud and a violation of the public trust and that person should be arrested and brought up on criminal charges and be given a long jail sentence to discourage this kind of dishonesty and violation of the public trust. Otherwise there is no restraint on corruption in politics and corruption is then encouraged in all levels of government and there is no honesty or integrity in any office in the land and it turns all politicians into lying criminals.

  Proverbs 29:12 "If a ruler pays attention to falsehood, all his ministers become wicked."

  There should be penalties and jail for anyone running for office who makes false statements about his opponent.

  Proverbs 6:12 "A worthless person, a wicked man, is the one who walks with a false mouth"

  If there is no penalty for wickedness It turns our country into a lawless country with no restraint on evil. No person of this character should be in any public office running our country or telling us how to live our lives. Because we do not laws against lying politicians, America, once an example of truth, honesty and justice before the world has now become the laughing stock of the world. And now any thug or leader in the world is encouraged to do the same as Obama has done and they are. Look at what is going on right now in the Middle East. The Bible states:

  Ecclesiastes 8:11 "Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed quickly, therefore the hearts of the sons of men among them are given fully to do evil."

  Why do you think Obama was so quick to apologize to our enemies and trash our friends of free nations?
